  Hi team,

  I’ve been a Pocket Casts customer for a few years now. When I started the app today, it welcomes me with a “Sorry to see you go” message that I found quite odd. When trying to digg into it on the app it’s asking me to start a “new” subscription for 39.99USD and not 14.99USD as indicated on your December 5, 2022 email.

  I there a way you can help me get my account restored?
