Add episodes to manual playlist (Episodeview)

I think the function of the manual playlist is very successful. I also found out (here you could perhaps refine your documentation for new users a bit) that you can add an episode to a manual playlist by swiping left within a podcast in the episode list. I would like a button at this point, with which you can also add the episode directly from the episode view (where you can then also get the topic and further information such as the show notes of the episode) to a manual playlist.
