All content disappeared

Hi. I was in the middle of using the app (Android) when all of a sudden it shut down and reopened and all of my content (downloads, starred, followed podcasts, etc.) disappeared from the app. It doesn’t seem to recognize that I’m a Plus subscriber. (I’m pretty sure that I was?) Can you check my account status? I tried logging out and logging back in, and that didn’t help.

Hey! That sounds frustrating. Try checking for app updates or reinstalling it (don’t forget to back up if needed). If that doesn’t work, contact support to check your account status. Hope it gets fixed soon!
