Android UI covered up by the top of the “up next” screen

Does anyone else have this problem? The top of the up next screen persists throughout the UI, on every screen, blocking any controls that might be along the bottom. It’s been going on for a while now, at least a week.
I’m running v 7.83 on a Samsung Galaxy A71 5G with Android 13
I appreciate any help that anyone is able to offer

Can you confirm what steps you are following to replicate the issue?
Also, it could be related to this bug which we just fixed – we hope to have that fix out soon: https://github.com/Automattic/pocket-casts-android/issues/3631

Thanks for the response. I haven’t noticed any particular pattern to when it is blocked and when it is not. I’ll observe and see if I can find something that triggers it to happen or to clear.
Hopefully it’s the same bug that was already observed. It doesn’t seem exactly the same but close enough that maybe it is related

We’re also working on a fix for the Up Next screen obstruction issue in the upcoming 7.85 update, which might be related to what you’re seeing. Hopefully, that resolves it for you!
