App not working / playing?

Hi there – just installed Windows app on my work computer but it doesn’t seem to play any episodes. I can adjust the time bar but hitting pause/play doesn’t nothing other than change the icon. This occurs for all episodes regardless of the podcast.
There also seems to be a visual glitch where the skip forward ten seconds icon is just showing a 0. I tried signing in to the web interface via play.pocketcasts.com on Google Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, but unfortunately the same thing is happening there. Not sure if it’s an issue on just my end or something else.

solved… apparently my player speed was just set to “0x” as you can see in the above screenshot. Shifting it up to 1x fixed the issue. That “0” visual glitch is still there, but the app works!

Hi @staff-dexter! It shows the 0 still on the “skip 10 seconds” button – but I can also not go below x0.5 anymore, thankfully.
