Audio clipping on Apple CarPlay

  When I connect my iPhone 11 Pro to Apple CarPlay (Volkswagen Polo), the audio sounds distorted when I listen using Pocket Casts. The issue started right after updating to iOS 26. This doesn’t happen with any other app — everything works fine with Podcasts, YouTube, and others.

  What could be causing this?

  I can confirm that we have a bug report filed for this and hope to have a solution soon. We’ve also heard from users that other apps are having the same issue, but not the ones you’ve mentioned.
