Auto archive based on episode times

Some Podcasts use an episode to announce a Patreon episode, special event, merch ad, or other announcement. The content is usually under 5 minutes and auto downloads and adds itself into the queue with all other auto added material. Can we get a filter to avoid downloading and auto populating to play next list. Maybe an auto archive bracket that we can adjust based on expected play time.
