Auto Download Not Working After Recent Update

    The most recent Android update has caused Auto Download to stop working. I get the push notifications that a new episode has released; however, the auto download doesn’t start.

  • Hi, can you check if your global auto download setting is enabled?

    1. Go to the Profile tab.
    2. Go to the settings (cog icon in the top right corner).
    3. Tap the “Auto download” row.
    4. Make sure that “New episodes” setting is enabled.

    If it is enabled and the issue still persists please contact us with the app logs in order for our development team to analyze the issue.

    1. Go to the Profile tab.
    2. Scroll to the bottom.
    3. Tap “Help & feedback”.
    4. Tap the three dots icon in the top right corner.
    5. Tap the “Logs” row.
    6. Tap the share icon (three connected dots) in the top right corner.
    7. Share the log file via email app.
