Auto download option is off but still downloading

  Even though the auto download option is off, all the new podcast episodes are downloaded.How can I turn it off?A new installation would probably work but I am afraid to lose the episodes I did not listen yet.

  Hey there, @maelcaplain 👋

  Can you please double-check under Profile > Settings > Auto-Download if it is set for any Podcasts, Up Next or Filters? Often, it is set on a filter, and this causes this behaviour.

  If that is not the case, can you let us know:

  • Did you migrate to a new phone recently?
  • How long has this happened?
  • Did this start after any specific update?
  • Are you on Android or iOS?

  Hello,

  I did not change my phone. It has happened since March this year. I am not sure if it is because of an update and I am using Android.

  Hi @maelcaplain!

  Can you confirm if you have any Filters set to auto-download? For example, if you have the ‘New Releases’ filter set to auto-download, that could cause such a problem. Let us know what you find :)

  If that is not the case, a screenshot of your ‘Settings > Auto-Downloads’ page would be great. To add an image to our forum, you would need to upload the image to a service like Dropbox/GoogleDrive/WeTransfer and then paste the share link here.
