Automatic connection to Chromecast

i love PocketCasts.
One feature it does lack, however, is an option to automatically connect to Chromecast when the app starts.
This could be a toggle option in settings, and could be further enhanced to either attempt connection to a “remembered” specified cast receiver device or to just reconnect to the last one used.
You may want to by pass the connection if the phone is already connected to active headphones.
I listen to most of my podcasts via Google Nest speakers, and given that PocketCasts is not an option that Assistant is aware of when I ask it to listen to a podcast by voice in the same way Spotify might be of Google Podcasts was for example, I have to manually connect to the cast device every single time I start PocketCasts.
this would be an awesome QoL feature and possible make you stand further ahead from the pack.
Failing that, a new command via your existing Tasker integration to handle this connection would be the next best thing as I can automate it on my phone when PocketCasts starts.
