Automatic Sleep Timer / Sleep Timer Bed Time

I’d love to be able to set a bed time or sleep period so that when Pockcasts plays after/during that time, it automatically enabled the sleep timer to a default setting.
For example, I could set a bed time of 22:00 and default sleep timer of 15 minutes. Then whenever I start a podcast after 22:00, it plays with a 15m sleep timer until a set morning wake up time.

I would love this feature as well. In the meantime, I created an automation in the Shortcuts app that works pretty well. You can see how I set it up by looking at this screenshot.
Once you set up that shortcut, set up an automation to run it every time Pocket Casts is opened.

I came looking for this, too.
Having the auto sleep based on a definition of night time is significantly better than always doing it, for me.
