Blank screen, app unresponsive

The app no longer works at all. When I go to my podcasts, the screen is blank. I have Android. Will this be fixed soon or should I find a new podcast app?

This should be fixed in the latest update to the app. Please, let us know if 7.47 does not help resolve this for you.

I am having this problem. Just a blank screen when trying to play, search, anything. Sometimes if I walk away, it might start playing a few minutes later. Sometimes it starts playing, from multiple points through the episode, so there is a jumble of 2 or more voices playing at the same time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, left it alone for a few weeks, come back and reinstalled again after updates, but still no change. I miss pocketcasts so much!

- The OS version on your device – you can usually find this from your phone’s Settings
- Your Pocket Casts app version – you can see this from the Pocket Casts app’s Profile > Settings (gear icon) > About

@threadthreadthread I was unable to reproduce these issues on my device running Android 14. Can you try updating your device to Android 14?
You can also try restarting your device.
