Bluetooth skip problem with Apple watch app

Hi guys.
I think there is a bug with skipping whilst using the apple watch app when using offline.
when I’m out for a run and listening to a pod on my watch, if I skip forward the skip adds (in my case) 60 seconds to the beginning of the podcast and resumes playback. Obviously what I’m expecting is that I skip forward from my current listening position.

Hi there, @4bpcpdyc27! Thanks for letting us know about the skip forward issue on the watch. In general, the skip forward and skip back is controlled by the app settings on the phone in the section called Player. Go to Profile > Settings > General > Player: Skip Forward; Skip Back.
Some podcasts use dynamic ad insertion to insert ads on the fly. It’s possible this may cause a period of silence or cause the episode to skip forward to the wrong timestamp. Something you can try is testing the skip forward/back on your phone or in the Web player and see if you have the same issue.
