Bookmark improvements – notes

I would like there to be no number of characters when naming the bookmarks.
If you could basically put a hand on this feature again, then it would also be desirable that you can assign both a title for the bookmarks. (a character limit can also be available here) and you can also add more notes in another input field.
This further input field should then be displayed as a textblock if possible and not just as a single line.
