Bose QCE 2 ear buds touch controls not working

After the update I notice my my bose earbuds touch controls aren’t working like before. I can pause but the play via the earbuds touch controll isn’t working. They work in other audio player apps. Uninstalled the app reinstalled and still no luck.

We’ve seen similar reports in the past, and while we don’t have a definitive solution, here are a few things you can try:
- Ensure your earbuds are connected to your device correctly and that there are no other devices interfering with the connection.
- Restart your device.
- Check for any available firmware updates for your Bose earbuds.
