Bug Report: Siri/Maps Spoken Language is Low Quality

OS: iOS 17.0, iPhone 12 Pro Max, English
When playing Pocketcasts and Messages come through or Maps directions are spoken by Siri the quality is atrocious (like 32kbps bad). Does not happen in Apple Music.

Added info: Happens when attached to Bluetooth head unit in vehicle.

Are you finding that this occurs for the duration of a podcast after the Maps and Messages are spoken by Siri or is it only happening while Siri is speaking the message/directions?
Is it something that happens consistently or only occasionally or with specific podcasts/episodes?
