Button – Play from the beginning

Hi, is there an option to add a “play episode from beginning” button instead of rewinding manually?

There is currently no button that will help you play an episode from the beginning. As you said, the only option right now will be to rewind it manually. However, this is an interesting feature and I have added it to our feature requests internal tracker.

If this feature is added, please do not make it too easy to accidentally press. I’d hate to find i’ve accidentallly played from the start and lost my position in a long podcast. It’d be incredibly significantly more frustrating to try to have to try to find your previous position than it is to just simply rewind and play from the start again if you want to repeat listen. “hammer to crack an egg”
