Cannot add paid rss feed for full episodes of Serious Trouble

I received an email from Serious Trouble podcast, after I paid them for a monthly subscription, with a link to add the private/paid rss feed to Pocket Casts. The link takes me to the Pocket Casts app, but it doesn’t show me Serious Trouble. When I tried manually pasting in the provided rss url into the Discover search bar, it says it can’t find any podcasts. How can I listen to what I paid for on Pocket Casts?

It finally worked – I went directly to the Serious Trouble website, rather than through the email with the link in it. Then, I copy and pasted the URL into the Pocket Casts app, and it showed up.

Thanks for letting us know how to solve this. Would you mind sending us the URL from the email so we can look into if we can make that work? As it’s private you could send it to (email visible only to moderators and staff).

I can send you the rss feed link, but to be clear: it’s the same whether I am originating from my email or not. The email has a link to the serious trouble website, which subsequently let’s me copy the rss url. The only thing I did differently was, as I said, enter the website from a web browser rather than clicking on the link in the email.
