Cannot change the email on my paddle acount

  I changed the email address for my pocketcasts account, but am still getting emails through paddle.net for the subscription to the old email. I went to Paddle to change it, but there’s no option, you can only chat to their bot who doesn’t understand and keeps sending me a link to cancel the subscription. Is that the only way??
