Can’t restore my subscription. Heed help.

Hello everyone!
I have an active subscription that expires on March 17, 2025.
I can see it in the iOS settings, but something happened when I logged into my account from another device.
Now, in the application, it shows that I’m a free user, and I have no idea how to restore my subscription. There is no option in the application.
Please help.
