Can’t See Transctipt (I am a subcriber)

    I subscribed Pocket Casts to see tranasctips as I listen to podcasts. However I found some eps don’t show transcript when I click the transcript button. Most of eps work fine tho. I use Pocket Casts on my desktop.

    Any solution?

    We don’t support generated transcripts on all podcasts, we try and prioritize the most popular podcasts and don’t currently generate transcripts for episodes that are longer than 2 hours.

    If you’re seeing that there are some podcast episodes where you’d expect to see a transcript, but aren’t seeing it, could you let us know what podcast it is? We could do some investigation on our end to see if its not eligible for transcripts or if something else is causing the issue.

    Thanks for sharing, @plato394133! I checked on this and found some episodes didn’t have a transcript yet due to a connection error. You should see the transcripts after refreshing the podcast’s episode list.
