Change in CarPlay behavior

  I am using iOS version 7.68.0.1 of Pocket Casts.
  Until recently the left-side steering wheel-mounted controls (up and down levers just below the regenerative braking paddle) on my Bolt EUV worked correctly with Pocket Casts (iPhone > CarPlay). Up advanced the playhead and down rewound (I believe 45 sec. and 10 sec., respectively). Now pulling the bottom one also advances the playhead. I’ve not changed any settings (and the assignment of those controls seems to not be user settable). 
  Is this a known or newly introduced bug in the Pocket Casts iOS app?

  @bhollin3ba08dfbca We haven’t heard of others experiencing this issue at all. Just to make sure, have you tried restarting your iPhone to see if the problem persists afterward?

  If that doesn’t do the trick, could you let us know how those buttons behave in other audio applications? That may help us better understand what command they are sending to Pocket Casts, which can help us troubleshoot the issue.
