Choose between audio tracks if file contains multiple audio tracks

Hello, I regularly watch talks from media.ccc.de and have subscribed to their rss feeds in Pocket Casts. I understand English and German, so I always want to hear the native audio track when it is in one of these two languages. But Pocket Casts always selects the English track, which is quite annoying for German talks in my case.
Pretty much all files from media.ccc.de (I am sure there are similar feeds from other conferences) contain multiple languages as separate audio tracks because they have been translated into multiple languages. I would like to be able to select the language for each video.
