Confusion about the new pricing of Pocket Casts Plus

We have recently increased our pricing for new Pocket Casts subscribers. When doing this, it inadvertently caused some confusion amongst our active subscribers.
On January 5th of this year, the following changes in our base price took effect for all subscribers:
– USD 0.99 to USD 1.49 for monthly subscriptions
– USD 9.99 to USD 14.99 for yearly subscriptions
Beginning April 8th, we then introduced the following prices for new subscribers:
– USD 3.99 for monthly subscriptions
– USD 39.99 for yearly subscriptions
Active subscribers will continue to renew using the price we set on January 5th, 2023, but we are aware of some issues occurring with Google Play and a visual glitch on the Apple App Store, which is leading to more confusion and is causing the new price to show to active subscribers.

Note: You will be asked to make a post on the forum if your subscription has already expired, but feel free to reply to that email with the situation.
