Daily Skip for hourly podcast

I would like a feature to be able to set a daily “listen” limit for podcasts that are hourly, as many news podcasts are. Right now I have it set up as a podcasts limit of one, and as a add to up next. Which is what I want, but what I don’t want is to listen to a nearly identical episode an hour later, or even 15 minutes later that happened once in one poorly timed event. I want to be able to set a only play/add to up next every x amount of hours.
