I recently logged into pocketcasts on a new phone and none of the data seems to be there. I only have one email address and the account associated with that email is empty. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible you weren’t logged into your account with your old phone? If you’re not seeing any podcasts in your sync account, then it’s likely you either weren’t logged in with your old phone, or you were logged into a different account.
Have you ever logged into any other devices or the web player, which might still have your podcast available for you to export?
