Download Fails

i am unable to download podcasts. It says it is queing, but fails everytime. It is every episode for every pod I am subscribed to. I can stream an episode, but not download. It is not a vpn issue or storage issue. I even turned off ‘downlowad over wifi’. Nothing helped. I verified I am running the latest app version and restarted my phone. When will this issue be fixed?

@no2025cfede715d6 We don’t have other recent reports like this, so it may be specific to your setup. Can you please share the following to help us investigate?
- The OS version on your device – you can usually find this from your phone’s Settings
- The exact version of Pocket Casts app you’re running – you can see this from the Pocket Casts app’s Profile > Settings (gear icon) > About
- You mentioned it’s not a VPN issue. Can you please also let us know if you might be running firewall or ad-blocker on your device and network connection?
- Can you test if the issue also occurs when you are connected to a different network connection or even mobile data?
- Are you seeing any particular error messages? If yes, what do they say?

It is an andorid and I confirmed it is up to date. PC v 7.88. The same issue happens over a mobile network. No ad blockers or firewalls. It just said the download fails and goes back to the queue status.
