Download to Files on Mac

Hello, I think I’m missing something fairly simple but I’m trying to download files to my Mac so that they’re stored as mp3s and I can put them on some headphones but when I hit the download button, it takes me to a page that looks like this. I have figured out how to download to files from my phone but this is a bit long winded.

We don’t have a feature built-in for downloading podcast episodes through the desktop or web app. However, if you click on the three dot menu next to an episode and select “Share”, you can open the link that is shown within a web browser.
From the web browser, you should see a download button below the “Open in Pocket Casts” button.
This doesn’t download the episode within the Pocket Casts app, but this could be used to download the episode file for playback in another application when your computer is offline.
