Downloads are incomplete

The issue I’m having is the downloads seem to be damaged. The issue goes like this. A podcast may play for 20 minutes then it will start playing from the 15 minute mark. Those times were an example. The issue seems to happen at random times in random podcasts. It happens if I’m using headphones, the phones speaker, or Bluetooth to my car stereo. But the progress bar continues to track the time played as though nothing happened. Is there a fix for this?

- The OS version on your device – you can usually find this from your phone’s Settings
- Your Pocket Casts app version – you can see this from the Pocket Casts app’s Profile > Settings (gear icon) > About
In addition, to make sure we are on the same page, do you only experience the issue when the episodes are downloaded and not streamed? You can see if an episode is downloaded if its details show a green checkmark.
