Downloads Over Cellular or Mobile Data, contrary to the setting

In the settings I set that the new podcast episodes should only be downloaded via Wifi. Nevertheless, there would be downloads without a WiFi connection.
I suspect it is because I am currently using Multi SIM and it was loaded via the second SIM.

- Device OS and its version
- App version
- Screenshots of the Auto Download and the Storage & Data Use settings
- Please also double-check if the device OS allow Cellular Data access to the app
