“Email not found” when trying to log in

I recently had to switch phones but luckily had a back up of all my apps. I went to open pocketcasts and it asked me to log in, but when I did, it said email not found. I have tried several times carefully typing it out. It’s definitely that email address. I’ve tried clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it wont let me in. I don’t want to start a new account as I’ll lose all if my apps. I know I’m not the first person to experience this. Can someone please help?
