Episodes not downloading – “waiting for WiFi” even though WiFi is available

Hello,
I have episodes I’m subscribed to that aren’t downloading. Each episode says “waiting for WiFi”, even though my phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
Are there any steps I can take to troubleshoot?

We’d be more than happy to help troubleshoot this!
Are you using a VPN, custom DNS, Pi-hole, or other similar network service on your device? If so, could you try temporarily disabling those to make sure they aren’t causing the issue?
Also, have you tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to see if the problem happens there as well?
