False pricing

You folks charged me X INR [Indian Currency] via Google Play for yearly subscription. Three weeks later, I go to your website and the plans are shown as 4X, FOUR times the price. It was already expensive and it is now more expensive than Netflix, Youtube and Spotify put together. No company I know hikes it’s prices 4 times at a single go, atleast not a respectable one.
Secondly, if the price was really 4X and X was only a promotional price, why didn’t your Google Play listing say so. Why did you hide it from the user? If I knew I would need to pay four times the current amount from next year, I wouldn’t have subscribed in the first place. This is deceptive, cunny and is contemptible.
To make matters worse, you folks claim that you provide e mail support to paying customers, but I have e mailed you couple of times but I have received nothing back. Is this the proper way of giving customer support?

Hi, @strummerj912! Are you perhaps affected by the issues mentioned here, particularly with the Google Play Store: Confusion about the new pricing of Pocket Casts Plus?
