Feature Request: Limit Simultaneous Downloads (mobile app)

Sometimes I add a lot of items to Up Next when I’m on a slow and/or shared internet connection (e.g. coffee shop, sports bar) and then Pocket Casts tries to download all of the episodes simultaneously. As a result, the downloads slow to a crawl to the point that it’s difficult to tell whether any of the downloads are progressing.
It would be nice if there was a setting in ‘General’ that allows users to set a global limit of simultaneous downloads allowed by the app (e.g. unlimited, 3, 5, 10).
In the case that a maximum limit is set by the user and more items are queued than the limit, a set of downloads are allowed begin up to the limited number and the rest stay queued; after a download finishes, then one of the queued items is allowed to begin downloading.
