Feature request: Playlists

+1 for this. I just subscribed to the annual plus plan thinking folders was the same idea as playlists (my fault for not reading more closely/paying for something before I fully understood it), but I agree with other voters that this seems like a standard feature that is missing from both free and paid versions

I opened the app to create a travel playlist and couldn’t find a way to do that. After finding this thread, now I know why. I’m very surprised this isn’t a basic feature. It’s been wanted for a few years now based on the thread dates. I’m guessing this isn’t going to be available to general users?

the ability to create custom playlists outside of “up next” has become a must for me… add my name to the list

Please add this. A single “up next” queue is way too cumbersome if you follow a couple of different topics. Filters don’t help with “up next”.

I use filters – And they are useful for showing things I need to listen to and organising just those, but there’s no “Play through the filter” feature – Which makes it a very manual operation. Since a lot of people use Podcast players whilst driving, and it takes a lot of buttons to get back to the Filters, this is not good or safe.
So maybe add it as a safety feature too!
