Feature Request: “Samples” for episodes that aren’t in our subscriptions

  I’ll sometimes Star, Download, or (recently) Bookmark an episode without actually subscribing to its feed. Maybe it’s to try the podcast series later, or maybe I only care about the one episode. “Filters” only group episodes in our subscribed podcasts; it would be nice to have another place to save individual episodes for later without committing to the whole feed.

  I’ve gone ahead and added a feature request for this on your behalf.

  For context, we consider features to add based on the number of requests we receive for them. So, the more users requesting this, the higher the chances it gets built!

  Yes I have this exact same request! I would like to have a filter which includes individual episodes I have downloaded from podcasts I have not subscribed to. Same as the OP, it helps me test out new podcasts without cluttering my phone unnecessary episodes
