Feature Request – Tame the Ads

Dear Pocket Cast Supremos,
I’m writing to suggest a way of combatting a scourge that is becoming increasingly inescapable. You’re listening to a much loved postcast when it cuts to an ad break. Cue a thunderingly loud blast of sound that causes you to leap up and rush to the volume dial. You adjust the volume only to find that when your podcast resumes, the podcast is now inaudible. Please, please, please introduce some volume control measure to stem these wild swings to help protect our hearing and help combat this scourge.

Thank you for the suggestion! We’ve heard from other users that would like to see this as well. I can’t confirm it will be implemented, but our team regularly considers feature requests for possible future development.
