  I often subscribe to three or four new podcasts at once but then can never remember what I just subscribed to. Would be great if I could sort podcasts by subscribe date. Thanks.

  You can sort by Date Added by going to your main Podcast list and tapping the “…” in the top right corner, then “Sort By” -> “Date Added”. Your newest feeds will appear at the bottom of the list (your earliest ones will appear at the top).
