Font size in app

Pocket Casts needs a way to increase font size in app. Unfortunately platform specific settings aren’t good enough. If I use them then by the time I increase them to the point where Pocketcasts is a good size, the iOS font is huge for every other app. People 6 feet behind me can read the screen for every other app over my shoulder!! Just doesn’t work. There needs to be an in app way of increasing font size.

This is beginning to be a blocker to usage.

I really want to stay with Pocketcasts as I’ve been using it for a very long time and so does my wife, but I’m beginning to look at other options like Spotify, Amazon and (god help me) even the native iOS podcasts app.

    Help please!

It’s bad on Android on a different way. The text increases in size, but the area containing it does not. (This suggests that the app is not using the correct API to determine the correct text area size.) The result is that the text is truncated and much of the last lines are missing. (How much is missing clearly depends on how much you’ve increased the text size). I feel this is properly classified as a bug and could and should be fixed.
