Google Play Price Increase Issue

Hello, recently my yearly plus subscription was about to renew for August but I didn’t agree to the change for 39.99 when prompted by Google Play. I later saw the post on the forum about existing plus users should have only seen an increase of $5. I would like to get the subscription back for the existing subscribers increase and continue my subscription. Thanks.
