Help with canceled subscription

  I’ve been using Plus subscription for 2 years till today. But today it had been cancelled as Google Play listed the new price $39.99/yr.
  I suppose the correct price for me should be $14.99/yr. as I initially subscribed in 2022.
  Could you help me to renew subscription with the correct price?
