How can I update my podcast’s RSS feed?

Hi,
I recently moved from Spotify to Podbean, and in doing so it seems Pocket Casts is not updating with new episodes because it’s referencing the old RSS feed.
I updated the RSS on Apple Podcasts, but Pocket Casts isn’t seeing that. What can I do?
The podcast is called “True Avatars – A Queer Video Game Podcast”.
