How do I stop automatic downloads

Whenever a new podcast is posted for the 2 channels I’m subscribed to, the app automatically downloads them. How do I stop this? I have limited data and don’t want to download 1gb files all the time.

You can disable automatic downloads of new episodes by navigating to Profile > Settings (cog icon) > Auto Download and toggling off the New Episodes setting.
Additionally, you can check if the auto-download feature is enabled for those specific podcasts. To do this, go to the podcast’s page, tap the cog icon, and toggle off the Auto Download setting if it’s turned on.
