iOS Lock Screen icon not appearing

I have two Pocket Casts ‘widget’ icons on my home screen. Following a recent app update, they don’t visually appear – but they still work, I can tap where the icon should be and the Pocket Casts will open as expected.
The icons also appear as ‘blank’ when editing Home Screen widgets, the little red Pocket Casts icon is visible in the bottom-right, but the circle itself is empty.
I would post a screen shot, but I get a “Sorry, you are not allowed to create posts as this user.” error message when I try and upload an image on this post.

Could you please confirm with us your iOS and Pocket Casts version?
Additionally, if you can upload the screenshot to a third-party service like Snipboard.io, Droplr, or Zight, and then share the link with us here, we will be able to access it :)

This must be an iOS bug because they’re back! Happy to mark this as solved and assume some Apple engineer somewhere has it on a to-do list.
