issue with descriptions on supercast private feed

  Hello,

  I recently subscribed to a podcast that uses supercast for their subscription model. I reached out to supercast support, but so far they haven’t said that they will fix the problem. I am able to view the private subscriber feed without issue (it’s just an rss feed) but I have no episode descriptions inside of pocket casts. I have taken a look at the differences between the public rss feed for free episodes and the private one with paid content, and there are some differences in the format of individual episode items. I was wondering if I could get some guidance on what might be causing the problem if I posted the xml from the feeds.

  Since it sounds like these RSS Feeds are private ones, we will send you an email to request additional information. It is best not to share those private RSS Feeds on a public forum like this :)
