  Curious why the change in wording.
  
  Are lifetime subscriptions going away, in favor of having to start paying an annual sub?

  The renaming of Pocket Casts Lifetime Members to Pocket Casts Champions does not change anything about your lifetime membership. You will still have lifetime access to Pocket Casts Plus features as before.

  Hi, my PC Champion account is tied to a non-Google account and my phone app isn’t working on my Samsung watch. I’ve read in another thread that the email address can be changed to a Google account and that might fix the watch app problem–but is changing the email address going to mess up my PC Champion account?

  Hi, @darrix811e6d8d29! Changing the email address on your account shouldn’t affect its status. We’ll still have a record of the old email address on the account anyway.

  If you want to be sure, you can keep a screenshot of the order confirmation email for your web app purchase that qualified you for Pocket Casts Champion status. This way, if we need to restore the status on your account, you can simply reach out to us with the screenshot.
