  I have been a Pocket Casts user for many years. Buy the web application, iOS and Android (2017). Buy everything they released, plus pay for new subscriptions. Reading your website and other posts here I realized that I should have the Lifetime version. I have sent them all the information, plus screenshots of the payments made to their support email and I have not received any response….I hope you finally receive some response. All the best
