Lifetime membership?

  Hey support team,

  I just reinstalled pocket casts after about a year. For the first time, it asked me to create a login. I logged in with my Google account and now it says I need a subscription.

  Looking online, it seems those who bought the app a while ago, like me, were grandfathered in. I purchased the app on June 1,2014.

  Do I need to have a subscription or can you help me get verified as an old purchaser?

  If you purchased our app in 2014 via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, then it means you purchased our Mobile app. All of the features that were available in the mobile app back then are available on the free subscription.

  We are only offering a lifetime subscription to users who bought our Web App from our own website.
