Lifetime subscription lost

    I tried to do this a couple of years ago and failed and just paid for a subscription again instead. But that’s coming to an end, and it seems silly to pay again when I shouldn’t need to.

    I had a lifetime subscription once, and I lost all trace of it – But could probably find it again if I had the first clue what address the confirmation emails or receipt would have been emailed from – I thought it was on the account I am using, but I am guessing I have another email address that has that subscription on it so I need to find that!

    Any ideas anyone?

    In general, we only offer the champion license to those who purchased our web/desktop apps before 2019, but if you paid for our mobile apps before 2019, then all of the features you paid for are now available in the free app.
