Listening stats disappeared

Hi,
I opened the app today and all my listening statts disappeared (favorites, waiting list…). I use an Android phone and don’t know what to do to get these information back. Could you please help me ?

The first step would be to make sure you are still logged into your account.
If already so, just to confirm, do you still see the podcasts you are following, or did they also get cleared?
Also, do you see your queue when you access it via the web player at https://play.pocketcasts.com/?

Thanks for your answer !
I was still logged and couldn’t see the podcasts I was following. I logged out and then logged in again and the podcasts I was following came back but not my queue.
I can see my queue via the web player but not the app.

Hi @lindamilo – Glad to hear your followed podcasts came back.
If you can see the queue on the web player, it’s likely a sync issue on your phone. Have you tried the sync troubleshooting steps listed here? https://support.pocketcasts.com/knowledge-base/sync-troubleshooting/
You can also check your Up Next History to see if you’re able to restore your queue:

Hi Donnie,
Thanks for your answer and your time. The profiles on the app and the web player look the same. I don’t see anything else I can do about my issue ? I’m still happy with the app because my followed podcasts are still available, and I’m not too bothered about the lost of the queue.

@lindamilo From what you’ve shared, the web app is showing the information you expect, including listening stats, favorites, Up Next queue, and so on. Is my understanding correct?
If so, there appears to be an issue with your Android app that we definitely want to check. I’ll be sending a message to the email address you used to sign up here in the forum so we can collect app logs for further troubleshooting.
